36th Teddy Bear [Video/Action] Backdated to the 11th
[Video]
HOOOYAH!!
[Welcome to my entry. Enjoy your stay.
In the meanwhile, Elicia's posing with a cape on and a... construction paper... wand thing? Look, it's a magical thing, whatever. In the other hand is' Law's present from forever ago; it's a wooden sword! Cool.]
I'm a superhero, at your service; my name's Eli— ...
Sailor Lion, and I'll help out anyone who needs help! If you've got witches or dinosaurs or big animals or anything at all you gotta' get rid of, I can do that! I've got really strong powers and stuff. Mr. Kipinn and Ms. Nala've taught me real good, so I can do things with the wind and heal your cuts or bruises...
Um—and I can also make you a dream-catch-er. I made one once, and I hung it up, and some of my bad dreams started going away. So maybe it'll help you, too! They won't look ugly, I promise; I'll make them so nice, you'll really like them...!
... But if they don't work, then you can tell me and I'll get you something else to help, like... like a teddy bear. Teddies are really good at making you feel better when you're sleeping, like pillows, except they're more huggable!
[what else, what else]
Oh! And Yotsuba, I got a present for you!
A-and Ms. Katniss, I'd love to plant something nice outside, if you still wanna...
[Action]

[So with that out of the way, the day may continue. Which is basically "hell yes Elicia found a magnifying glass" day. The best obvious thing to do is to keep wearing the cape and go from Sailor to Detective. She's crouched down in the grass with a few dolls around her, looking intensely at a papertowel roll sitting on top of a book.
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS.]
Hummmmm...! Hmmmm......!!
There's a hair here! It's gotta belong to the person who did this....
[You can run and hide, action figure, but I will find you. To one of the little army guy action figures:]
Mr. Sergeant Lieutenant, don't let anybody go! Someone in this room is a thief!!

Mr. Sergeant Lieutenant, don't let anybody go! Someone in this room is a thief!!
[voice]
[voice]
It's a deal.
[voice]
What should I get for planting? I have some shovels, and I think mama has a hat for your head if you don't want the sun on your face! Oh, and gloves, too!
[voice]
She thinks back to the tools she and Rue have. There are shears she can bring, and her own gloves. A couple of trowels and, of course, bags. Nothing too heavy that she can't carry in to town.
Too bad she doesn't have her father's book. That would be the biggest help of all.]
I have my own gloves. And anything else, I can bring.
[voice]
[... yes, my brother-figures made me a carousel, it was the best day ever]
[voice]
[She doesn't know what a carousel is, but the house should be easy enough to fine. She just has to go home first, back to her treehouse, and get the remaining supplies.
And maybe gather some seeds and berries while she walks.]
[voice]
[She'll be waiting, madam! Waiting with a pail and shovel and sunhat, all ready to go! After all, the yard is so nice right now, hanging out seems like a great idea.]
[action]
So at about two hours and fifteen minutes later, she finally spots a little girl that matches the image in the journal. She has with her a backpack carrying her own supplies and a smaller bag tied to her belt that contains the berries and seeds she collected along the way.
As she approaches, she waves. Hopefully, this is the right little girl.]
[action]
Elicia was waiting patiently until a little frog caught her eye. By the time she noticed Katniss, she was in mid-hop going after the creature, mud on her cheek. She beams up and waves, content.]
Ribbit!
[... heheh. |D]
[action]
But she smiles, for Elicia's sake. Protecting her just as she would've once protected Prim. It comes naturally. The laughter, the gentleness in her voice.]
And here I thought I was meeting a little girl, not a little frog. [She puts her hand to her forehead and pretends to look around.] Have you seen her?
[action]
I dunnoooo. I was just hopping around looking for bugs! But not spiders or bees, though. Those upset my belly. I haven't seen little girls around here!
[action]
That's too bad. [She reaches into her bag and pulls out an apple she had found along the way.] I found an apple tree within the woods.
[action]
[does this mean lots of apple seeds for me]
[action]
Not too far from here. But little frogs don't like apples, do they?
[action]
Well... maybe some do...
Like Apple Frogs! They live on apples!
[what a good save
i'm so good at this]
[action]
[action]
There's lots of cool things in my world! Like alchemy and cars and... and... um - and automail!
[action]
We have cars, too. But not where I live. They're all in the Capitol.
[action]
The Capitol? What's that place?
[action]
In the end, she settles on something more suited for a little girl.] The biggest city in all of Panem.
[action]
[action]
How old were you when you came here?
[action]
I just had my fifth birthday when I came here! And now I'm about to be seven... I'm growing up really fast; I grew a lot of inches tall and everything!
[action]
[She was seven when her father first took her into the woods. Not to hunt, just to gather. But it was a good age. Good times and memories.]
[action]
[She hesitantly leans forward, eyeballing what Katniss has brought with her.]
U-um, do we get to plant seeds?
'Cus I was definitely kidding about being a frog!
[Clearly, if she hadn't told you, you would have thought her a frog. And you wouldn't plant seeds with her. Yeah. :|]
